If you are looking for an apartment in Sardinia for your summer holidays or business stays, Il Sole Verde offers you 3 newly built apartments with spaces and services designed to make your stay carefree and relaxing. We are located in a quiet hamlet of a few hundred inhabitants, Tanca Marchese, but very close to Terralba where you can enjoy all the services such as bars, restaurants, tobacconists, bus stops, 24 hour and much more. Staying at Sole Verde also means being at the center of the best seas in the province of Oristano including Is Arutas, San Giovanni di Sinis, S’Archittu but not only that, also those of the Costa Verde such as Pistis, Torre dei Corsari, Piscinas.

Verificata Struttura nuova e moderna, molto luminosa e spaziosa e con i tutti i comfort necessari
☺ La pulizia in generale era ottima. Abbiamo apprezzato molto la presenza di qualsiasi prodotto per la pulizia e non, compresi gli asciugamani da bagno. Le indicazioni per il check-in e check-out ben chiare e stampate su un foglio così come la gestione dei bidoni dei rifiuti con annesso calendario dell'immondizia.

☹ Non c'è stato niente che non ci è piaciuto. Suggeriamo però la posa di una zanzariere anche in bagno e di installare degli scuri/tapparelle per proteggere zanzariere e vetri in caso di pioggia.

☺Estuvimos 11 noches en agosto. La ubicación es muy buena, fácil aparcamiento. Check-in muy cómodo porque la llave estaba en una caja que se abría con un código PIN. 
Todo muy limpio, con mobiliario nuevo, cocina bien equipada. Nos habían dejado todo lo necesario como productos de higiene y limpieza. El colchón del dormitorio de buena calidad y muy cómodo. 
Hay 2 aparatos de aire acondicionado. 
Buena comunicación con el anfitrión a través del chat de la App. 
Muy recomendable. 
En Terralba hay varios supermercados, restaurantes y tiendas y un buen parque infantil.
